I recommend you switch over to Vortex as soon as they patch in official Skyrim VR support. EDIT: u/UpYerButtWitaCoconut suggests below there's a method that can update old mods to work with the Special Edition. Please remember to get your mods from the Skyrim Special Edition Nexus, not the regular Skyrim as Skyrim VR is using the new special Edition.
